1. Select the day & hour you'd prefer (and a second choice), and
2. send email to appointment request
3. List the year, make, & model, and, for Harleys, also the C.I., air cleaner, cam and exhaust.

DURING an Event,
try my cell phone at 860-460-2715.
MY CELL IS ONLY AVAILABLE DURING EVENTS AND FOR THAT EVENT.
If I miss your cell call, try again in a few minutes. I may have been running a bike.

Appointment Policy
Appointments are strictly for our customers' convenience. We do not charge a deposit.
Making an appointment in advance may save you several hours of waiting since website
appointments take priority over the standby list which is formed on a first-come-first-served basis.
Even at events where the website appointments appear sparse, I'm usually busy continuously.
